Both. Every product is made for men and women. Skin is skin and hair is hair, so choose by what yours needs.

You choose how to pay at checkout. All options are shown before you pay.
Start with a cleanser and a moisturiser, or a shampoo and a conditioner. The routine page shows the three steps, and the concerns page sorts the products by concern.
Yes. Let us know within the return period, preferably with the withdrawal form on the site, and send the products back. The deadline, the steps and the refund are on the shipping and returns page.
